Orders are delivered or can be collected if the minimum reduction is met.
For shipping a minimum reduction of € 300,- applies. The fish are then delivered free of charge. This applies to the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium.
For collection, a minimum reduction of € 50,- is required. An appointment is made with the customer when this is best for the customer. In general, there is always someone present during office hours so an appointment can be made quickly.

Orders are delivered by Aqua Quality to the address entered in the agreement by the buyer within the Aqua Quality delivery area. If the buyer order has been entered before 12:00 in the afternoon, the desired delivery can take place within 1 - 5 days. One day before delivery, an email will be sent around 16:00 with the message within which block the order will be delivered. A block is a three-hour period specified in the notification. The time indicated by Aqua Quality is an indication that no rights can be derived. Approximately half an hour before the Aqua Quality driver is at the address, he will contact the phone number specified in the agreement or invoice.
Check during delivery
After receipt, the buyer must check the products. Any differences noted with the order should be reported to the driver immediately. The driver will make a note on the coupon and initiate this. The seller is then entitled to a refund of the value of the missing quantities / products stated in the agreement.
Make sure someone is present during delivery
If at the intended time of delivery by the driver, neither the buyer nor a person designated by him at the delivery address or the buyer or the above-mentioned designated person can not or does not accept the package, then Aqua Quality will not be available from that moment more guarantee the good temperature of the contents of the package. In such a case, the driver will, if possible, issue the package to the neighbors or neighbors, and otherwise the driver will take the order back. In those cases, the driver will leave a note in your mailbox.
What if the delivery returns?
If the driver returns the order, the buyer will still be able to get the order at the address of Aqua Quality in Nijmegen. The Buyer can do this the following day in consultation with Aqua Quality. Then after the order has been collected, all claims of the buyer relating to the agreement will be void, including the right to refund the amount paid by the buyer.
If delivery can not be delivered by force majeure on the desired day, the agreement will be deemed to be dissolved. The buyer is then entitled to compensation of the amount paid by him on the basis of the dissolved agreement.
Failures or incidents
If the driver is still present if the defect is detected, a sample of the product will be taken back for examination.
The buyer is obliged to keep the products available for a reasonable period of time but at least 5 days at the disposal of the seller and to take all the care that may reasonably be required of him for the quality observed in delivery to keep constant. If desired by the seller, he will make an appointment at which time he will come back to retrieve the product for research.
